Hello,

I recently purchased Grand Fleets 3 and I noticed that it is not listed in the boardgamegeek.com database.  I am currently adding it to the database and the moderator has asked me to give some of the differences between the 2nd and 3rd editions.  I have never played the 2nd edition so I was hoping people could give me some of the differences so that I could finish the entry for Grand Fleets 3 over at BBG.  Thanks!

Hey,

I just bought a copy of the Starmada Nova rules.  Is there a copy of the blank ship form available for download?

Also, can any experienced players recommend a good set of beginner ships from the core book that would be good to use for a newbie player duel?

Thanks for the help.

Ned

I am looking into getting some 1/2400 minis for naval wargaming.  I am interested in Spanish-American War and Russo-Japanese War stuff, alternate history, and eventually would like to try some WWI stuff.  I've checked out the demo but I had a few questions about Grand Fleets for the veterans.

1.  How well does it play solo?

2.  How many ships do you need for a "typical" scenario?

Thanks.
