How does the Romulan Cloaking Device interact with Seekers such as drones and plasma torps? Specifically, I'm wondering what happens when you launch Seekers at a Rommie, and then he cloaks while the Seekers are in flight.

Do the Seekers head for the last known position? What happens when they get there? Do they just hover in place? Can they be re-targeted at some point?

Also, and I know this is rather tangential, but in the TV show they actually fired photon torps (called "phasers" at the time) like depth charges. Don't suppose there's a possibility of such a provision?
