Anyway, here is the file. Its got two documents--a text file and a MS Word 97-compatible document. Both are the same, but the word document is just prettied up. As mentioned, feedback is welcome
Just made a cursory check, and the optional maintenance rules are not exactly workable. Change it to a maintenance charge of 1EP per 50CR instead (shows what happens when you're typing faster than you're thinking...)
