I apologize for the simple question, but  what does "Drone Rack (4)"  like on the Klingon D7C mean?  Is the 4 the number it can launch per turn (which i dont think so because the Hull Size / Max Launch thingy says 3 would be the max launch for a hull size 10 ship.  So is it the number of drone 'ammo' onboard?  It can launch/fire only 4 for the whole battle?
A Fed light cruiser with "Drone Rack" would get 1 shot then?

Maybe i shouldnt read the rules straight-through to better understand them :-)

While i am at it, if you fire a photon torpedo in overload (which is slow firing) can you fire it in standard mode next utrn?
