Topic: SXCA Inaccuracies? (Also, Victory Star Destroyer conversion)

I'm trying to put together a multi-universe conversion (Star Trek, Star Wars, etc.), and since this involves a lot of ships, I'd like to use the SXCA instead of doing it by hand. But... It seems as if there are issues with how the SXCA calculates Combat Rating. As an example, here's the Victory II-class Star Destroyer. First, by hand:

Tech Levels: 0 all

Length: 900 meters
Armament: 20 turbolaser batteries, 20 double turbolaser batteries, 10 ion cannons, 10 tractor beam projectors
Fighters: 2 TIE squadrons (12 fighters each)

Hull: 12
Space Units: 2,520
Engine Factor: 199
Shield Factor: 125

Shields: 4 (500 SUs)
Engines: 5 (995 SUs)

Battery A: Turbolaser Batteries. Range 9, To-hit 4+, ROF 3, Pen 1, DMG 1 (SU for all: 162)
    Arcs: AC, AC, BD, BD, CE, DF

Battery B: Double Turbolaser Batteries. Range 9, To-hit 4+, ROF 3, Pen 2, DMG 1 (SU for all: 324)
    Arcs: AC, AC, BD, BD, CE, DF

Battery C: Ion Cannons. Range 9, To-hit 4+, ROF 2, Pen 1, DMG 1. (Ignores Shields; No Hull Damage) (SU for all: 108)
    Arcs: AB, AC, BD

Special Equipment:
Fighter Bays 4 (TIE/In) (200 SU)
Launch Bay 1 (10 SU)
Marine Squads 10 (80 SU)
Security Teams 10 (20 SU)
Troops 7 (70 SU)
Vehicle Bays 2 (50 SU)

SU Cost: 2,519
Offensive Rating:
Battery A     252
Battery B     504
Battery C     168
Base             720
Special Equipment: 325
Sum: 2294

Defensive Rating:
Base   72
Special Equipment Multipliers: 1
Special Equipment Adders: 325
Result: 397

Combat Rating: 955

And then as returned by the SXCA. I made all the same design choices, but these are the SUs, Offensive Rating, Defensive Rating, and Combat Rating it returned...

Battery A: SU 18
Battery B: SU 36
Battery C: SU 23.6

Offensive Rating: 1,318.2
Defensive Rating: 397.0
Combat Rating: 723

So... why the 232-point discrepancy? Did I do the math wrong by hand, and if so, where? If it is the SXCA, how can I fix it? It looks like it's drastically undercounting the cost of the weapon batteries.

(Also, this SXCA file is one I just downloaded about 30 minutes ago from the main Starmada page, so I assume it's the most up to date.)

The spreadsheets do not multiply the OR Base by 10, also you have a higher figure in both OR and DR for the Special Equipment.

I have attached Shipyard v8.1 filled in for your Star Destroyer. You can see all of the calculations on this.
Take a look at the Tables page for the equipment included in the OR and DR calculations.
Note the Troop companies and vehicle bays are seperate entries, you could make a note of the company ID's on the Starmada printout. 4 basic flights entered on the fighter sheet.
If you wish these to be Interceptors, you will have to change the fighter type on the Nation sheet, this will add 40SU to the total.
