Today is my last day of one-hour access. From 25th June I will be restricted to half an hour unless I pay £1.20 for an extra half hour. The library hasn't made any attempt to cover it up, either--they say its to generate more revenue for them. Of course, the fact that it penalises those without any computer access at all apart from the library is just icing on the cake.
