Your brains have been eaten?

Edit: Wait. Is this a serious question?

To avoid the inevitable flame-wars that would ensue between those that favor old school slow shuffler zombies and those that are excited about the new modern super fast variety of course.  wink

Re: Question of the day

Good thinking, Erik! Of course, any game would have to include rules, I think, for both the SSZs and the HFZs,* wouldn't it?  big_smile

* Slow Shuffler Zombies and Hyper-Fast Zombies.

Well... Zombies would be Seekers, wouldn't they? If you have "Spawn points" then you can fairly quickly design a solo/co-op Kill All Zombies minis game.

Re: Question of the day

Because the fad seems to be losing steam?

Cricket, are you using your position as Admiral of the Fleet to make your life long dream of a Zombie Game come true?

Which I think is a cool way to use your power  big_smile

I can foresee modifiers for Zombies that spread the Zombie "virus" through attack, Zombies that get more powerful as they consume more brains, Zombies that mutate into some other more deadly form...

of course players will have to be able to customize their Survivors...modifiers for prior military service (extra mods for a well-equipped survivalist), modifiers for chainsaw familiarity, esoteric knowledge of zombie lore...the list goes on and on.

and there will be square roots involved. That's just a given.  wink

Re: Question of the day

Eh, you could make a 'monster' game, and zombies could be one of the 'units'....

ARES-style mechanics maybe....

Re: Question of the day

Any good Zombie rule set has to have rules for the notorious head shot. Just so you can roll and be all like, BOOM! HEADSHOT!

'Course, been working on a simple set of rules where the very, *VERY* basic rule is: Roll dice, if the range in inches is equal to over over the distance to your target then the target is dropped. Boom. Headshot.

Re: Question of the day

Vote for firearms versus assorted monsters and supernatural whatevers.
