Topic: Iron Trek or Federated Steam & Steel Co.

Testing my new spreadsheet I just could not help having a Laugh for April 1st. lol

The British Government having to make cutbacks in the Ether Force put out a tender for a new Heavy Cruiser.
The Federated Steam & Steel Co. put forward the lowest figure which was taken.
Mostly made from plate and loads of bolts it differs in style from other Royal Navy ships. The FSS was informed that due to an MOD overspend on light bulbs the government could not afford engines as such but there was a surplus of ex-forces personnel. A bright spark had the idea of tubes with seating, thus allowing crew to crank the propellers!

Thus was Born/Bolted the FSS Harry

Well played!  lol

Re: Iron Trek or Federated Steam & Steel Co.

The last message from FSS Prince Brucie was "We are in orbit around Saturn, the crew do not feel well. We were going to leave but it looks like small ships in the rings."

The Klipons had believed that they were the only life in the universe, so it was a complete surprise then an alien ship crashed on Titan. The crew had been killed by radiation from Saturn, radiation which was a part of the Klipons life requirement. Long had they travelled to the mother's rings to gather whatever was needed but they had no desire to go further. These aliens could pose a danger, the ship was clearly armed. The greatest Klipon minds worked at taking the alien ship apart and designing their own. The DeZeven made use of as much of the alien ship as possible, some of the guns were salvaged and working from these the Klipons made more. The torpedoes were improved becoming Disbruptor pods. The first of many, The Krarg was named after the last thing a scientist said when killed by a faulty light bulb! smile

Have fun.
