Topic: Differences in content between KA and RA rules PDFs?

Hi all,

I'm looking to pick the four SFU Starmada products as PDFs.  I have a bunch of counters and hexmats from Fed Commander already.

Is there anything in the Romulan Armada rules PDF which isn't in the Klingon Armada rules PDF or vice versa?  Do I need to buy both PDFs to get all the rules?

I've already looked over KA, one of the guys I play with a lot has it already, so I saw that the rules are ordered by section.  How well will printing all the rules from all the supplements and compiling it in order in a binder work?

There is minimal overlap between KA and RA -- the biggest difference is that RA has rules for the cloaking device.
