Will the "Evolution of Arms"-PDF being available via drivethrustuff.com or wargamevault.com? Or only via the mj12games-page?

It's been available at RPGNow since November. Given that Wargame Vault and DriveThruStuff are all parts of the same company I'm not sure why it's not there too.
