Sure!

It's a wrestling game.

The sumo, for all his size, is very agile. and gets a +1 to throw the opponent.

I'd say it's a wrestling game with RPG elements...

Sumo also has to deal with bad flatulence and diaper rash, No masked wrestler may remove his mask, any Oriental character must 'gather chi' prior to using his most powerful attack....
