I will accumulate all the responses the week following the contest and put the various races up to the polling starting on the 2/19/2006.

The first polls will be to choose a single set of designs from anybody who submits more than one race, then there will be a large poll for all the individual races who won those mini-polls.

This may take upwards of a couple of weeks to finally get all the votes in, but this is the only way I can think of to make this as fair as possible.

Let me know if anyone has any suggestions for this.
