Topic: Non-lethal and crew-killer weapons

Those are two types of weapons that are not covered by the Nova edition, and it would be interesting to have them.
I was wondering how a non-lethal weapon would work. For example, in the Babylon 5 universe, there is the comm disruptor. OK, its efects are not really useful here but it could be different and affect the target ship temporarily. For example, a hit can reduce either the thrust, ECM, shield or weapon value, that hit being recovered at the end of the turn.
About crew-killer weapon, as before, two hits destroy one hull hit (and maybe not armor), beggining with the end as with marines.
As usual, I'm unable to factor this in SU and CR.

In the past versions, these crew-killing weapons were called "Crew-Erasers"
Just use a flock of Marines on a fast ship.

I liked the way the crew killers worked in Admirality edition.

Err., no it wouldn't work. Although marines act as weapons, they are not a weapon per se.

But my main concern is about non-lethal weapons.
