How have people printed theirs...? Onto labels? Cardstock? Can an Office Store like Staples grok how to handle these...?

Just about any printers could put them onto 160 gsm card, although I can not say about Staples as I have not used them. That is the thinnest card I have used for them.
My Dell printer can print onto 200 gsm card so I am lucky but a number of "home printers" can print onto thin card.
Of course if you have looked at my pdf files or the odd counter that I have put on the forum it is clear I favor top down views for my counters
