Topic: Gamer's Choice Awards

Hey all,

You can now vote for Defiance to receive the gamer's choice award for Origins 2006. If you feel it's deserving (and I know you do), then go to:

Thanks!

Re: Gamer's Choice Awards

Thanks for the reminder, I always forget to vote on these things.

You're literally the only game even worth looking at in the minis category this year. Confrontation? Bleah...

Mind you, they'll probably still win, but that doesn't mean they don't suck.

In fact it means they suck more... more votes in! http://herosgames.homestead.com/files/nod.gif

No, seriously.

The popular lines will win any awards of this type, that's painfully obvious. What is more unfortunate is that a popular line will most likely also win at the "expert voting" (there is expert voting, I believe... could be wrong...).

Re: Gamer's Choice Awards

That's because the standards for "expert" are very, very, very lax. I think if you painted your entire Warhammer 40K army AND you play Confrontation you're considered an expert with wide-ranging experience.
