Against the Siam, or Thai, or whatever they should be called in 1913.

The Shinano and Teshio did well in one playtest scenario, and tanked in the second.  The key was how they were used.   

I like the faction's heavy cruiser, myself.  We had a regular IS fest yesterday, and favorites voiced by the group that gathered include:

Siam
Chinese from the original rulebook (I think sentimental underdogs, there)
Austrians (hurray)
and the ABC powers
Not to many Anglophiles
