What program was used to model this ship? It looks like DOGA, in fact, in the close-up, it's obviously DOGA, because I can see the parts.....

Don't know why you can't see 'em Dan. They're PNGs on my album site...and seemed to all work when I tested them.

Those are the only pics I generated John. Couldn't get the additional angles on it I wanted.
And it's the only ship of that style I've "drawn" so far. :wink:

Also thinking of a smaller version with only 2 beam cannons..... and maybe a tiny escort sized version with a single beam along the central hull, and only the vertical portions with small forward curved "wings"to the sides.....
My fiance' has a definite preference for "vertical" designs... she has already been looking at some of the artwork in Starmada AE. She likes the one set of gray ships with the verticle profiles, and has asked that I consider making some for her......

I got some ideas for a variation of ships on this design. The week at work has me so fried by the time I get home, this is brain candy work as much as eye candy. Might do one or two up tonite for ya.

I've got it, but the models would have to be re-done to make them work. There's WAY too much detail unless you wanted to make them a couple of feet long.
Now, simple box minis? Not that hard - just work out a template, and paste the renders onto them.
