I tried a variant of meatlof that had sharp cheddar cheese in the recipe.  If you are going to try it (it was pretty tasty if you like meatloaf) is to add more bread crumbs (or quick cook oatmeal)  to actually make it 'loaf' up.  Otherwise, you get to eat a tasty 'meat-slurry' (or brains as the better half called it).
