Is power armor organized the same way as a standerd squad, that is 8 men to a squad

Power armor is assumed to be a size 1 mecha as noted on Table 11, page 28 of the construction section. A size 1 mecha is approximately 2m tall, +/- 7 feet.  So you would design your PA trooper as a mecha, then you can assign them as you'd like.  smile

No problem.

Just to be clear with my earlier answer, each PA trooper is an individual unit for purposes of movement and combat unlike an infantry squad. The reasoning for this is equivalent fire power....where one PA trooper or Size 1 mecha is equal to a whole squad of infantry.
