Finally got my copy of the Rules Annex yesterday morning. Good thing I didn't go to the library, as nobody would have been at home to collect it...:)

Yes, it was.

However, two questions:

The crew killer doesn't have a multiplier listed after it. I went with the spreadsheet that is constantly being updated and said it was a x2.0, but I just want to be absolutely sure.

The flotilla example is completely out of whack, both the torpedo space and the DRat of the flotilla are off. I think I know how to actually build a flotilla, but the example is a bit confusing. Sorry...
