Topic: The silent wind of doom...

I know I've been distracted lately, but is it quiet around here, or what?

Re: The silent wind of doom...

I tend to lurk more than anything.

I imagine a lot of people are busy with back-to-school preparations.

Re: The silent wind of doom...

Hi Dan:

I think that a lot of people is lurking and waiting.
Some questions weren't answered.
Some games beg continuity and it isn't done.
You just need to check on the pertinent forums.

I think it's the wind of waiting growing letargic. Not doom.

Re: The silent wind of doom...

We're too busy proofreading "just released" product.  wink

I read Silent Wind of Doom and thought this thread was going to be about some new playtest ship...or what happens about an hour after Taco Bell...

I come here every day, but I haven't had a lot to say, so I guess I'm part of the problem.

I think in the nicer weather people generally spend less time sitting around writing 10 page posts about how they would represent ablative shields or whatever. I know I do. At least the weather has been nice here for a whole 24 hours...but as this "Summer" has gone, I won't expect it to last.
Oh, and I'll have more to say once we get our grubby paws on Klingon Armada!  wink
Cheers,
Erik

I'd put money on the "hour after Taco Bell" concept....
lol

Actually, the line comes from an "Angry Beavers" episode -- in which Daggett thinks he is a ninja.

Re: The silent wind of doom...

I haven't even HEARD of "Angry Beavers".

The concept, however, is universal....

Think it's a show on the Cartoon Network involving, of all things... beavers.
We thought (briefly) about using a derivation of that name for our mountain bike racing team name, but the lone female rider didn't look too favorably upon it.
I don't know why though.
I think "The Screaming Beavers" has a certain ring to it.

One question I keep seeing asked is "When is the official shipbuilder going to be updated?".
I do not recall seeing an answer. Not that I mind smile

Well, I'm just wondering where the Assault Corps forum went.

Shows up now - maybe it drops off the map when posting isn't recent.
