Topic: Cyberboard module

Hi,

I'd like to have the cyberboard module to play this game PBEM. I have read in an old post that it could be download from yahoo group site, but now there is not that possibility. Can anybody post the file or send to me?

Thanks in advance.

You can still get the files off the Yahoo! group. The cyberboard module is here:

It's time for a vassal module... *cough*  wink

I need to find an artsy type, though to make pretty counters.  sad

Heh....Well, right now I'm resting up after digging up my front yard to fix a pinhole leak in the water supply to my house. Once I apply the fiberglass patch, I'm going to be sorting more 3D models I've downloaded for POTENTIAL use in my next project. I'm waiting until tomorrow to actually fill the damn hole....all that clay soil is soaking wet - and HEAVY! smile

My next project is hopefully going to be a webcomic, and Dan's got dibs on my services for something new he's working on.

Once those two things are dealt with, I'll see if I've got the energy to delve into another round of Vassal madness....

big_smile  The Dugan, Survivor of Vassal Round I.

I'd love to have you work on it -- but get your important stuff done!  wink

Re: Cyberboard module

Darn it, the patch didn't work, had to buy the 50$ PEX tool....bleehh....more bailing and such.

...at least I'm not gonna do any more digging in wet clay.

Why not look around the net for some artwork? There's gotta be some art somewhere of WW1 - WW2 ships with no copyrights attached to it. It would get you some workable placemarkers until I've got some time.

If you've got access to a scanner, might try graph paper and markers - that's how I got started doing ships for a 2D game a friend and I worked on back in '84-85. Of course, mine was so that we could plot co-ordinates to draw in BASICA...you could literally see the lines get draw one at a time on the screen - in only 4 colors.

Email with your guess, and I'll tell you if you're right. big_smile
