I have purchased the pdf of scenario book King & Kaiser. In page 5 I read that in the centerfold of the book there are four pages of ships counters, but I don't see it. This page 5 also says that a full color version can be downloaded, but the link doesn't work. Please, help...

The reference to counters should have been removed. I am sorry for that -- they don't exist.
