If I get copies of KA from MJ12 or ADB, has the latest errata (the sticky at the top) been included into whatever product is being sent out?
I would have to check on our existing stock to be sure, but I don't think so.
Since ADB is POD, do they have the updated version?
did the current errata ever get put into the current printings of the books?

I do not believe so. The last batch of books I received from ADB did not include the errata.
Then again, we're not talking about significant changes: you have the missing text on Range-Based ROF if you have the Core Rulebook, and the changed modifiers for building space stations can just be penciled in, I would think. Also, the corrected Fed/Kzinti DNs are available as a free download.
