Scout - no idea, as Scout Functions haven't been covered yet. Tug with pods, I'd add a point of hull and drop the speed by 1 for each pod.

Very curious to see how the Scout Functions get implemented myself.

I've asked/hinted a couple of times about them (years ago IIRC)- nothing as yet that's a direct conversion......
