Hello,

I ordered the PDF for the Starmada Rules Annex on 23 September but did not receive the download link via e-mail.  I used the "Contact Us" link on the main page to report this problem but have not received a response.....so I am hoping to get a response via the forums.  Also, I ordered printed copies of Starmada:  Iron Stars and Romulan Armada on 20 September.  In light of the problems receiving the PDF, I would like to make certain my 20 September order was processed.
