Just wondering why they were given letter designations. I would have thought that a more meaningful description would have been more helpful. A = FP (Forward Port), B = FS (Forward Starboard), C = P (Port), D = S (Starboard), E = AP (Aft Port), F = AS (Aft Starboard).
Don't get me wrong... I love the game and I will get used to the ABCDEF Arcs. I just thought the above would make it more easy for a newcomer.
IMO it's an issue of short hand notation. It is easier to have an arc designation of ABC and be clear as to what arcs are intended vs PFFSF.
Also, thoses classes may not be easily understandable to people not english-fluent.
In the end, you easily remember which angle is what.
