I knew Mike said they were having problems with the Wave 2 run...but...
*jaw hits floor*
Mike has posted an explanation on the Cold Navy Forum Re: the Hiatus status.
Short version:
Job, Family, and time available conflicts coupled with production and shipment issues require a bit of a reorganization and evaluation. No timeline on when Cold Navy will resume production but assurances that they will be back once present difficulties are resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Well, bummer....
I suppose that means that I might think about getting out the plaster and silicone again....
errr...dugan...I'm not even gonna mention where the terms "plaster and silicon" take my imagination.
*FOMCL*

Hmm... I'm obviously not imaginative enough. ;-)
I actually mixed plaster and cements as a casting material, and used modified silicone caulk (like you buy in Walmart) for the molds. I was building small 'fantasy navy ships' - the result was 'interesting'....:-)
It works, but the results are something only a scratch-builder would love - too rough to be saleable.
Once I get a workshop built (say, in a few years) I'm thinking of trying it again, but with polyester resin (like you use when you do Fiberglassing) instead of plaster mixes. The molds actually worked pretty well.
