Last I heard from Iron Mammoth (early Aug), they were finishing up a 6th Assault Trooper, with the idea of casting up a squad by the end of September or so (?), with some officers and heavy weapons to come a bit later. Not too sure of the details, however...

I will be sending pictures of all 6 greens in a day or two.
They are away getting mastered and as soon as I get them back I will send you some. Will send more once the production mould is done.

Indeed, they kick serious but!!! Geez, I shoulda replied to THIS a long time ago! Wow, good mini's made from my character designs! How cool is that?! I cannot wait to get some...
BTW, Demian if you are still out there [haven't heard from you in a while!], did you get my Officer variant sketches?

Nice poses, and excellent proportions too if I'm not mistaken. These look pretty good!
I e-mailed Iron Mammoth a few days ago to ask about progress, but no response so far. I assume the figs are still being master cast.

The production mould for the the first six troopers should be being made today!
Should have the first production figures by the weekend!
Not sure how we are going to sell them yet, but will be sending samples to Demian as soon as I have them.

Just a quick note:
I received some of the first casts in the post yesterday and they look quite nice! We are currently working out details of distribution, but I'm guessing it won't be long before they're available for purchase.

I definitely need a tripod to take good close-ups with my digital camera, but here's a pic during which my hands were fairly steady...
Once you have the distribution worked out, it'll be party time!

I'm liking them more and more. Please make sure none of the future sculpts end up with Legions Of Steel UNE Arm Hyperextension Syndrome. I have a Carl-G MK4 trooper here with arms that'd hang past his knees 
Hey, you know what I'm really liking with these? The poses. Lots of poses. If some squads have or will have the SWAT aiming/advancing pose that would also make my day. But seriously, these are looking really nice and will make lovely dynamic units on the table. Remember how some of the Legions of Steel stuff had ONE nice sculpt, and that was all? This is much more varied.
Big thumbs up to the sculptor again, especially for the guy at the front:

If you can give me an example of the "SWAT pose" you are refering to, I will try to work it in to the next batch!
I am not familiar with the Legion of Steel range, but will avoid giving future figure "ape" arms.
I am working up the initial Meraxillian figure at the moment, I would hope to have a WIP photo worth showing sometime soon.
As for release dates on the first batch, I will be signing the contract with Daniel (MJ12) tonight (well confirming the contract terms via email to be exact) and then as soon as he places the first order for the figures the production casting will begin!

It's what you see SWAT teams doing in all good action movies, police dramas, and of course computer games. Hunched stance, advancing, weapon hugged stock-to-shoulder and ready to fire, obviously looking through the sights/ sighting rather than hip-firing or carrying.
They also often shout "gogogo!" and cross each others line-of-fire randomly..... at least, on TV they do.
