Topic: New minted Go0gle-mini

Sorry I've been quiet the last few days...been up in P-town at the hospital.  Wife gave birth friday by c-sec. to our lil girl Carmen Jean "CJ".  8# 6oz., 19.5" long. smile  Mom and daughter are doing well and CJ only had to spend a couple nights in the NICU since she was 4 weeks early and mom is diabetic.  smile  I'll post pictures up later before I head back.  with luck, we'll all be home by Tuesday evening.

Congrats on that   smile
I'd have been a nervous wreck, myself.

The woman had both of hers through C-section.  We're a reduced version of the Brady Bunch (my two boys and her two girls) and we've compared all the obligatory baby pics.

My poor dudes as newborns had the mild dose of cone head you get when you're forced out.  What a relief when that goes away. big_smile

Her newborns came out all pink and perfect.

Congratulations! Albeit a bit tardy, this week has been rather busy!

Both our children were Caesarians, though her first one (when she was much younger) was natural (not as much surgery is done in the Phillipines).

Did you attend the birth, or did you do the usual 'smoking in the waiting room'? They kicked me out when they started the cutting on the first one, and with the 're-assembly' on the second - I heard the comment that I looked a bit faint....

I could never be a doctor, fainting would likely discourage my selection as a surgeon....

Whew...just got home today.  Lost my temper last night at the hospital...nice people but TOTALLY unorganized.  :x

We're all home now and settling in...been a LOOOOOOOONG week.

My youngest boy was an emergency c-section...MUCH more stress there. *chuckles*  Grandma went in with mom for the surgery.  I know MY limits and that was exceeding them.    Grandpa and I went down to the deli and had breakfast while they were doing the surgery.

I'll add pics over the next while of course...:)

As to starmada...as soon as she stops trying to eat the dice and mini's! *LOL*
