Nope.
ARES doesn't work like D&D.
When you "buy" a spell, that spell can be used over and over.
And unless it's a "difficult" spell, it can be cast once per action if you want to.
So a model could actually cast a spell two times per turn (assuming that the model has two actions) each and every turn for the whole game.
