It looks like I'm going to end up MIA for a week or so guys. My wife just found out her dad had a major stroke sunday and relapsed this morning (the family there just now found her #)...so we're frantically working on tickets to Corpus for the three of us. I'll let ya know how things go... :?

Just got back home from the airport...message waiting basically said the doctors have declared my father-n-law brain dead. I think I'm going to wait on telling my wife until she's down near her family since noone is with her for support right now. I feel like such a let down to her...

we checked with all four airlines that service corpus Jim. The only one with a bereavement discount was continental...a whole $44 off the ticket fare of each person ($1040 after taxes and fees) and waivure of the agent (none) fee...
