Topic: Organic genre question: the Queen frame

What might be the least confusing way to represent the Queen frame from the Organic genre modifications (pg. 116), apart from repeating all of the text from the rulebook in the army list (which isn't very good as it is not part of the public rules)?

I was thinking along the lines of
Queen* - xxx PV (1C) OR yyy PV (2C)
...
Quality: Matrix
...
*) Up to 1 per force; must be purchased as a Hero with either 1C or 2C Command Level – cost listed above

Also, is it permissible to create a 1-model strong Standard Unit for the Queen, or is it always counted towards the Ad Hoc points of the force?

I don't have a problem with you posting the organic genre text as long as you reference the source (advanced rules, pg. 116).

I can't think of a rule that disallows this.  Seems like a fair thing to me, given that the Queen is always a hero, so has a minimum unit size of 1.
