Topic: The Custodians

The Custodians are an 'insert-an-ancient-and-powerful-race' for VBAM campaigns. They are not to be messed around with. I've added a piece of equipment that is known as the extra-dimensional jump drive. In Starmada design terms it takes up 10% of the hull in addition to the normal jump drive, un-moderated. In VBAM terms it increases the cost of a ship by 2 and increases the maintenance bracket by one, and gives the ship the Extra-Dimensional trait.
