Construction repairs lost Hull Points (requires 100 Construction (10 Bays) per Hull Point and uses 100 Cargo for every Hull Point repaired (this takes one Strategic Turn)). Construction also builds Ships and Ammunition (10 Construction (1 Bay) per Hull Point and Full Strategic Cost (CR/TL Modifier) in Cargo for each item constructed). This takes Full Strategic Cost/Construction Capacity Used in Strategic Turns. Repair fully repairs Systems (10 Repair (1 Bay)) per System repaired, 10 Cargo per System repaired, and 1 Strategic Turn per System repaired. Construction may also be used for Repair (10 Construction (1 Bay ) per System repaired, Space Unit Cost of Sytem in Cargo for each System repaired, and Space Unit Cost of System/Construction Capacity Used in Strategic Turns for each System repaired).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       While a Mercenary would probably not be able to afford something as rare and expensive as a Black Globe, if this ship did have a Level IV Black Globe, then it would have a Combat Rating of 206 CR, it would have a VBAM Cost of 17, and it would have a VBAM Defensive Value of 16. It would have only 21 Space Units left for auxilliary services.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        The only reason that this ship is as big as it is, is that the source material required that the ship have 10 % of its' Space Units in extra cargo.

I have edited and revised my conversions until I have all the errors that I can find out of them. I have enjoyed doing this enough that I think I will see what a famous ragtag fleet will look like if done in this style. I don't really intend to distinguish between the old series and the newer one.

It has too many Space Units for its Hull Size and Tech Level. It should have Hull Size 6, or a Tech Level higher than 0, or drop two of its Pulse Batteries.
