Topic: murtalianconfederacy's low-tech designs
Yes, here we are, the ships that time forgot, and who can blame them? The ships that, while dreadnoughts in their day, are now not fit even for a really desperate pirate (okay, an exaggeration, but no admiral would be seen dead in one)

Notes:
The Hradusian Feudal Territories, when they first ventured into space, were even more fractured than they are today and the first vessels that went into space were essentially sub-orbital vessels designed to land back on the surface, usually behind an enemy's front line, and deposit several hundred troops. Then the nation that would eventually become the Imperial family, uniting the Hradusians into something approaching a single entity, brought the Hrizol into play. Typically operated by a member of the nobility known as a Baronet (hence the name 'baronetship'), the Hrizol had powerful weapons and some defensive measures, pitiful by today's standards but at that time were far better than the assault transports of the day. Within a year the Hradusians had churned out their own Hrizols, but the Imperial family were already on their way to superiority.
