Topic: The results of not enough sleep...
A few days ago, I (re)discovered the rules for a board game I found out about around 10 or so years ago, but subsequently lost and forgot about. I refer, of course, to the board game Ploy.
This morning, after not enough sleep, I was thinking about attempting an original SNE setting (rather than conversions) and the idea of a Ploy-based SNE 'setting' was born.
Here is the preliminary work so far. Comments and suggestions are welcome, especially regarding the movement rates. I'm thinking a thrust rating of 3 per Ploy space. I'm also thinking defences would be non-existant, and weapons to be very powerful--having Catastrophic or Triple Damage, but short-ranged...
