Hey, haven't been here in a long time.

My favorite cheese at the moment. Like an extra sharp Parmesan. I had some regular Parmesan a while back and stuff is bland and dull in comparison.

No, it's like a softer kind of cheddar. The times that we've gotten it, it had chives in it. Apparently that's common, or maybe onion.

We've picked some of this up a couple of times lately. Good stuff.

I know that you of The Twelve just kinda pop out new products when they're ready without hype or promised delivery dates and all that. (Which is a good thing considering how some gamers get if a product is delayed for 1 day, even if for good reason.) But I was wondering if anything is in the works for My Favorite Game That I Never Get To Play. A new edition, or supplements?

Hmmmmmmm?

If there is I promise I won't bug the snot out of you for when it will be out.  smile

A handful of lava rocks on the board works great for asteroids. That's what I use. Cheap and easy.

Being a barbecue aficionado, I have to say that looks pretty damn good.

I'll stick with HERO System. I quit playing 1st ed. AD&D for a game that actually makes sense. No reason to change now.

This looks very cool, I'll definitely check it out.

I have to be the first to say it- "You sank my battleship!!!"

Watched "Highlander" (the first movie) the other night.

While it's still an excellent flick, it's not quite the same once you realize that the Kurgan is Mr. Krabs...

He is?

Wow.

Yes, yes, more Ares. Me likey lots.

I think I've said that before here.

Ares scifi would be great. I too have Defiance, but I find Ares to be more accessible to my way of thinking.

Ahh, so sad sad . Another fine thread hijacked. lol All this fine discussion about our favorite fermented beverage, spammed by talking about games.  big_smile Back to beer please, leave the game stuff to the other threads.

Well I was trying to segue out of the ReaperCon discussion by mentioning ShinerCon, which is the after hours festivities, which just so happen to involve.........................................................................

BEER!!!! big_smile  big_smile  big_smile

Or in my case Crown Royal.  big_smile

And Dugan, if you can make it out to ReaperCon, it's great fun. Lotsa painting and sculpting and games, and the Reaper fans and Peeps really are some of the coolest people around. It's a really good time. Go poke around Reaper's forum in the ReaperCon section and read up.

Then there's ShinerCon afterwards.

Yup, I'll be there. I'll have to ask if we can play some Starmada while we're there. They're not real big on other people's games being played there, but hey, it's their party. I know last year Froggy and I played some Full Thrust. He got permission from Ed.

I'd love to play a game or two.

Kinda doubt we could sneak in that game of Ares though.

I'm the only person I know of anywhere near me that plays any MJ12 games. You might be the nearest one.

In the DFW area, World Market also has a pretty good selection if there's one around you anywhere. We go to the one in Firewheel in Garland.
