Dear Cricket / Daniel,

Many thanks for posting the solitaire rules !  I hope though these rules can be further developed with contributions from others, on my part I will work to develop new options.  I just ordered a set of naval solitaire rules, Salvo ! from Minden Games, with the intention of adapting them for Starmada.

Cheers,

Gary

Dear Friends,

I recently bought and downloaded the PDF version of Alien Armada, but the the color cover was not included.  Is it possible to download the cover somewhere ?

Also, I am planning to buy the PDF version of SFO, is the cover included, and if not, where can one get a download ?

Thanks !

Gary

Dear Marc,

Superb work !  But I don't think there should be any legal issues, as this is a fan-based project and not a commercial enterprise (pardon the pun), and we do have leeway given that there is the Starmada tie-up with the Starfleet Universe via KA/RA/AA.

Um, when you say SFA what are you referring to ?

Looking forward to more SSDs !

Thanks,

Gary

Dear Fleet Admiral Cricket,

Are the solo rules still available for download from the Forum ?

Many thanks !

Dear Marc,

Just something simple, like MS Paint. So it would be great to have a page of icons in bmp, gif or jpg format.

Cool !  Maybe we could post a library of icons to facilitate SSD-making.

Dear Madpax,

Great start !  Reminds me a bit of the Babylon 5 Wars format, one of my favorite styles of SSDs.

Cheers,

Dear Friends,

Starmada is a wonderful game, but I miss the SFB / FC - style of SSDs.  Has anyone tried their hand at making SFU style SSDs for Starmada ?

Thanks,

Gary

Dear Warlock,

Great job !  By any chance would you also have the stats for the Arcadia from Captain Harlock ?

Thanks !

Dear Friends,

I would have to agree that there is quite a glut already of RPG systems, but if MJ 12 were to get into the RPG business I would encourage the production of sourcebooks for its own Starmada Settings - ie Imperial Starmada, Hammer and Claw, etc., for systems such as Gurps, MG Traveller or Savage Worlds.  My strong preference is for MGT and SW.  Or, the sourcebooks can be system-neutral.

Another direction would be to produce some kind of RPG system on the strategic level as support again for Starmada - what I mean is an RPG wherein the players are senior-level fleet officers who are commanding squadrons, task forces, fleets, etc.

Cheers,

Gary

Dear MJ12 Friends,

Greetings !  I was wondering if you guys might consider producing a modern supplement to Starmada:Dreadnoughts, or even a new Starmada-based game altogether, to cover modern naval warfare ?

Sorry if this has been already proposed elsewhere .

Cheers,

Gary
