Please tell me Dan isn't doing page layout in Word...

(cringe)

Dan, it's not that bad!  Get off of that ledge!  We can find you help!

(Doing page layout in Word isn't quite as idiotic as doing it in Excel...but it's much more common, because Word tries to convince you that it's got page layout functionality.)

I have tried and tried, but he won't listen.

Not bad for a guy who was out of football stocking groceries once upon a time.

Who's Kurt Warner, is he a GW artist?

I'm not going to say you have to like South Park (it's not for everyone)

Good, glad to hear there's still freedom of thought smile

Seriously tho, I understand south park, I just don't LIKE south park.

Oh, and that style is to cartoons as impressionism is to painting?? Dude, that "style" is informed by bad flash-imation and is as much it's own art style as drop shadows are.

to each his own, as long as it's my way. big_smile

And this doesn't even get on true classics like "South Park" (again, once they came back to the series from the movie, it lost a bit of its touch)

South park is idiotic and worthless. but I guess I'm the only person in the world who thinks so. to each his own...

However, the pre-who shot burns episode is comedy at its best, even the <someone> shot Mr. Burns episode is pretty entertaining.

If you use Aces at Dawn as the base, you could add extra weapons and shields...However, I think you're more likely to want dozens of ships on the board smile

But Noel said that already.

it should be fairly simple to add a page to the demo with a couple simple mechs, even if they can't rip trees out of the ground.

btw, who said we're NOT living in our parent's basement smile at least in spirit if not fact

hee hee nice shoes ...

<ahem> I must apologize for the deeply inside joke there... allow me to explain.  When I, as a starry-eyed lad with moss behind me ears first met Mr. Kast, we joked about some commonalities of our upbringing (which weren't many). I came from a poor home deep in the inner city (Oglesby, Illinois has a rough side, you know) and he was a diva from somewhere glamorous like Phoenix.  At any rate, I used to say that whenever I met a (heh heh) "girl" for the first time, I was so shy that I wouldn't look her in the eyes. Well, that got us to giggling, and poof, instant friendship. So anytime we discuss geek-ness, the shoes remark always works its way into it.

Anyway, that's something like I remember it.
